If I have a question about a task or process related to my job, who should I ask?
A: Questions directly related to your job are always best addressed by your manager. It may seem easier to ask someone else, but chain of command will ensure you get the correct answer and process.
Who do I go to if I need to turn in an expense report.
A: When you onboard, if access was requested, you should have been given credentials to Airbase, our credit card/expense report system. If you have access, you would submit on Airbase. If you do not know if you have access, ask your manager or reach out to Joyce Betita. jbetita@dentalimplantsgps.com (cc your manager)

I bought a new phone and I'm locked out of Salesforce???
A: Google Chat @HollyNielsen and ask her to reset your MFA because you bought a new phone! She can also reset your password if you forget.

Salesforce uses a custom domain. Do not log into SALESFORCE.COM or you will not be in our organization. There is a quicklink on the Home Page of the Intranet Site.

What does Pact-One help me with?
A: Pact-One is our IT service. They help maintain, manage, and install computers and technology equipment in our Centers.
If you are having an issue with your computer or clinical software not related to Salesforce or 8x8, you would submit a ticket to Pact-One.
If your technology problem is related to Salesforce you can chatter @helpdesk in Salesforce for assistance.
If your technology problem is related to 8x8, you can reach out to Bill at bn@ldevinc.com or call 970-209-8878.
If the telephone issue is related to connection or sound quality, you can submit a ticket directly to 8x8 in the 8x8 workspace application under My 8x8.
