Welcome to Digital Literacy

We will begin this course with Word Processing. For Reality Town you will need to complete a resume and a college application. You will also practice Keyboarding. We will use the texts on the side wall. Then we will look at the Internet and Netsmartz. After that we will do Spreadsheets and Powerpoint and Databases. Then we will do photo manipulation.

Create 7 folders in your Onedrive and name them: Digital Literacy, Word, Excel, Computer Technology, Excel, Photoshop and Access. Put each folder inside the Digital Literacy Folder. Make sure you are logged into the computer using the Computer Login.

For your computer login you will need the following:

p. 144 and 145 - Students must complete p. 144 and 145 in the text book. The important items are illustrated above. Include a Title, Date and Use Times New Roman. Separate each paragraph. There should be two paragraphs when complete.
