Again, another tool story writing with a huge following, but it has too many steps for a Grade 3 learner to find success
ShowMe is free, however a premium subscription of $5.99 allows you to share your presentation with closed groups (class), otherwise your projects can only be shared via e-mail or saved on the public platform.
Challenges:
If you are not happy with the voice over that you record, it appears that you cannot cut back to a particular section, unlike creating a video using iMovie. You have to reset your page and start from the beginning.
If you need to go back, you have to reset the pages and entire project (luckily, I only loaded 5 or 6 pages to practice).
There are few options with backgrounds unless you want to upload your own image.
The images are not formatted well and the option to add text is difficult to center and align. There are almost so few options, it limits your ability to be creative
Might be an ok starting point or training app for a student with little or no experience using this type of application.
More suitable for a teacher than a student as there are privacy and security concerns.
