Each Project has several steps, each of these steps is a graded assignment. You will complete most assignments in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. For most assignments, you are required to turn in that project file in the native file format. The native file format for Adobe Photoshop is .PSD and the native file format for Adobe Illustrator .Ai.
You are also required to turn in export files of your project. Examples of export file types include .JPG, .PNG, and .GIF. Details about the required file formats are in the description for each assignment. As you work on each assignment, it is important to save your work and back it up.
Your Course Folder is on Google Drive > Shared with Me, titled DigiArt-Your First Name Your Last Initial. Inside the Course Folder is a Folder for each assignment.
Upload all required files to the appropriate folder within your Course Folder.
Open your Workbook Editor. This is in your Course Folder on Google Drive. The Workbook has a page for each Step of each Project. Navigate to the appropriate page for the assignment you are turning in.
Most of the Workbook pages have a + symbol to upload an image. Click +, choose From Drive as the source, navigate to Shared with Me, and continue to navigate to the necessary files for that assignment. Click Insert once you have the correct file in google drive selected.
If you want to upload an image to a place in your Workbook where there is not a + symbol, go to Insert on the right side of your Workbook Editor, click on Images, and Select. Then under Google Drive, select Shared with Me, and navigate to the file you want to upload. Images can be moved around in the Workbook simply by dragging and dropping.
Most assignments require a small amount of writing, and include an empty text field for this purpose. If needed, you can add a text field anywhere in the Workbook by going to Insert > Text box.
