Our project, Digital Traces of Anatolia, has been invited to one of Europe’s leading digital culture events: Spello Digital Fest 2025!
We are proud to announce that we have been selected as a finalist in the Digital Creativity Lab program, supported by Europeana, which aims to explore digital interpretations of cultural heritage. From July 3–6, 2025, we will be in Spello, Italy, to present our project to an international audience.
Digital Traces of Anatolia is an innovative initiative that brings the rich cultural heritage of Anatolia to life through digital tools. We reinterpret traditional Anatolian art forms—such as kilim weaving, needle lace (oya), and Iznik tiles—using augmented reality (AR), 3D modeling, and digital storytelling.
