I'm a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition knowledge only matters if it actually reaches people — in a way they can understand, remember, and act on.
Across three very different settings — a research lab in college, a children's nutrition center in Korea, and a community health center in Peru — I've approached nutrition the same way: start with the audience, not the information. A toddler needs a story, not a food pyramid. A patient managing overweight needs a team, not a lecture. A community needs a pamphlet they'll actually read, not a report they'll set aside.
The three projects below reflect that approach in practice — from designing an original curriculum and running multidisciplinary health programs, to conducting independent research on sugar and sweetness perception.
