Welcome to the Diego Rivera Library!

Please follow these instructions:

Do your best to complete this form before arriving at the library.
Complete this form in its entirety. Do not skip any questions. It is MANDATORY to enter your Student ID number, which can be found on your student ID card.
Upon entering the library, leave your backpack or any other bags/accessories at the circulation desk. BACKPACKS ARE NOT PERMITTED in the library unless authorized by library staff.
Have all of your study materials ready, including your Chromebook and charger, before entering the library. Electronic resources are limited.
Follow all library rules and staff directions. Access to the library is a privilege—don't lose it.
Students are not permitted to use the staff restroom under any circumstances. No exceptions.

Maximum student capacity during Non-Class Times

Please note, there is a 40-student maximum capacity for the library ...

Non-class times refer to before & after school and during lunchtime. This means that the Teacher Librarian will only supervise/monitor 48 students in the library at a time. - This is a liability and safety matter. Any student who plans to spend time in the library during these times must sign in using the Google Form. This ONLY applies to before & after school and during lunchtime. Student behavioral expectations will be enforced 100% of the time. Spending time in the library during NON-CLASS time is a privilege.
