You are invited to DVAS Art Show on Sat 3 - Sun 4 Oct 2026. We are looking forward to welcoming our artists and visitors for a weekend dedicated to inspiration, connection, and the transformative power of art. 

Nestled along Eltham’s Diamond Creek, Edendale Community Environment Farm spans seven hectares of hands-on environmental learning and natural beauty. It’s the perfect family outing to connect with nature, pick up sustainable living tips, and grab some native plants from the nursery. You can relax in the outdoors, meet the resident farm animals, and feed the chooks, then unwind at the charming on-site café to enjoy a fresh coffee, light lunch, or sweet treat. 

The show will feature:

- Art Sales: Original paintings, pottery, glass art, and jewellery by local artists, inspired by nature, Edendale Farm, workshop projects, travel, and the world around us.

- Special "BLUE" Feature: To celebrate our blue logo design by DVAS Life Member Linda MacAulay, a dedicated section will highlight works dominated or inspired by this iconic colour—spanning serene cyan horizons, mysterious twilight indigoes, and deep melancholic navy. Artists will interpret what blue means to them, capturing mood, favourite shades, Australian landscapes, sky, water, or nostalgia.

- Book Launch: The launch and celebration of the Edendale Farm Colouring Book by DVAS member and convener Anna Madyarova. This project is generously supported by DVAS and Edendale Farm.

- Interactive Activities: FREE colouring activities from the Edendale Farm Colouring Book for children and adults, guided by Anna and other experienced tutors.

- Live Demonstrations: All-day demonstrations in oil painting, acrylics, drawing, and sculpture.

- Art Clearance: A clearance sale of art books and supplies.
