When you open a yearbook, everything you see was created by students, for students. Whether it's the cool action shot of the varsity quarterback throwing the winning pass, or the engaging feature story profiling one of the building's new staff members, DHS students are responsible for creating the content that goes into every year's book.

Our Adviser
Mr. Adam Smith
Mr. Adam Smith
Mr. Smith has been a teacher at DHS for 4 years. While mostly teaching 10th grade English language arts, he began advising The Pioneer staff and teaching the yearbook class in the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Smith writes about music on the side and is an avid fan of the Pokémon and Star Wars franchises.
