I kindly ask that at least 48 hours notice is provided if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This applies to both consultation & treatment appointments.
Where less than 48 hours notice is given, any booking fee or deposit paid will normally be forfeited.
Please also be aware that where a deposit has been paid towards a treatment and the appointment is cancelled rather than the rescheduled, the deposit is non-refundable. This is because, in many cases, the booking fee will already have been used towards ordering or reserving products specifically for your planned treatment.
Where apprpriate notice is provided and you wish to reschedule , your deposit can normally be transferred to your new appointment.
I appreciate that genuine unforeseen circumstances can arise, and these may be considered on an individual basis.

Consultations at DH Medical Aesthetics are free of charge. Consultation appointments are standalone appointments in which the patient and clinician discuss treatment options.
Although consultations are free, we do however require a deposit of £30 for In-clinic consultations. The consultation deposit will be refunded to you, as long as you attend your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment, please do so at least 48 hours ahead of your booked slot. Your deposit will be refunded upon request, as long as you have given us at least 48 hours notice.
If after your consultation you decide to proceed with a treatment, you can keep the deposit on your account as credit towards future treatment costs.
Following your initial consultation, if you would like to book a treatment slot, you will be asked for a further £30 deposit. Deposits will be deducted from your final treatment costs.
All the above rules then reapply to treatment appointment slots.
DH Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where deemed inappropriate by the clinician. The clinicians decision is final.
Please note that we do not provide any treatments for anyone under the age of 18.
Expectant or breast feeding mothers will also not be treated.
Following your consultation and prior to treatment, you will be asked to read and sign a consent form.
This form is not just a formality- it is a record of you, the patient, deciding to proceed with a treatment having considered both the potential positive and negative outcomes and medical risks associated with your treatment, as detailed on the form, and the impact they may have on your wellbeing.
If there is anything you are unsure of, please discuss this with the clinician prior to signing your consent form.
DH Medical Aesthetics does not issue refunds for acts of God. An act of God can be defined as an event outside of human control. Events such as, but are not restricted to, Weather related issues such as Floods, Snow, Ice, High winds or Earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
If DH Medical Aesthetics chooses to cancel a clinic due to an act of God, then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the patient as a result of the cancelled clinic. DH Medical Aesthetics will make reasonable effort to rearrange a cancelled clinic by arranging an alternative suitable date but this cannot be guaranteed.
DH Medical Aesthetics strives to deliver a high standard of care and as such will endeavour to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

Patients will be required to pay for any additional treatment should the original treatment not achieve the desired look. Results cannot be guaranteed and the risk of side effects and complications is detailed in the consent form.
DH Medical Aesthetics reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these terms at any time. If there is a revision, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the service after any revisions, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised terms.
