Duty of Candour – DH Medical Aesthetics
DH Medical Aesthetics is committed to providing safe, high-quality care and to being open and honest with patients at all times.
Under the Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc. and Care) (Scotland) Act 2016, healthcare services are required to follow a Duty of Candour procedure when an unintended or unexpected incident occurs that results in harm.
We have a Duty of Candour policy and procedure in place and review this regularly to ensure compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
