The Department of Medicine has secured some private workspace in Annenberg that you are all welcome to use when on service. The space is in exam rooms rather than offices (please do not use any open offices). Nevertheless, these are private rooms with computers that we have access to 24/7 in order to maintain social distancing while we're working. Utilizing this space is of course optional.
The spaces are as follows and are available immediately:
Annenberg 2 (Neurology) – We have exam rooms 2-36 and 2-39 available 24/7.
We will be guests in these areas so please be respectful. Please use this sign-up sheet to secure your space for the entirety of the shift (day or night shift). Sign up within 24 hours of your shift to ensure everyone has a chance.

We also have access to the Innovation Center on Annenberg 5, Room 5205. Although this room does not have computers for doing work, it is open 24/7 as a place you can go to decompress and relax during your shift.
