The teacher used inquiry-based learning method to facilitate student comprehension of the nutrition material on the examination of vitamin C in fruits brought by students. This method prioritizes student involvement in hands-on experiments, focusing on problem discovery through systematic investigations. The inquiry-based learning method is structured in five phases: engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, and evaluation.
During the laboratory observation at mathayom 2 (Grade two, Junior High School), students conducted a practicum on nutritional examination using flour, sugar, oil, and fruits. Before the practicum, the teacher distributed worksheets and informed students of the material to be studied at the next meeting, providing a general explanation so they could learn the objectives and work steps in advance. This ensures that when students carry out the practicum, they have a solid foundation of knowledge related to the material and work steps. The worksheet plays a crucial role in facilitating the practicum by providing detailed work steps and observation tables. This innovative approach by the teacher enhances the effectiveness and convenience of the learning environment, ensuring the practicum runs smoothly according to the specified time and schedule. The teacher's role is pivotal as a facilitator for discussions, guide problem-solving, and reinforce learning at the end.

Sources of Learning and Tecnology
The learning resources students use are books made by my cooperating teacher, who's an expert in making learning resources and a collection of learning activities for science subjects, especially biology lesson. The technology at Udonphittayanukon school is felicitous, including lab equipment that works well and meets students' needs, a projector in the lab to help with teaching and learning, and students recording their lab activities from start to finish on their phones or tablets. Teachers also document student activities during the lab process with photos and videos.

Assesment
Assessment is conducted in two forms formative assessments, which take the form of pretests and post-tests, and summative assessments, which are conducted at the conclusion of a learning period. Pretests and post-tests are used to evaluate students' understanding of the material taught. Teachers utilize online platforms, such as Quiz Online or Google Forms, for formative assessments.
