開催趣旨

デジタル人文学の世界へようこそ！　本企画では、情報技術と人文学が融合した新たな学際領域を、身近に感じていただける機会を提供します。3D、ビッグデータ、AIなどの情報技術を駆使したデモ展示では、従来の人文学から一歩進んだ新しいデジタル人文学の魅力を、実際の体験を通じてご紹介します。

さらに、異なる研究科・研究室から集まったメンバーによる研究成果のポスター発表では、言語学、歴史学、宗教学、音楽学、地理学、文学など、各分野の専門性を生かしながら、デジタル技術を研究に組み込んでいる現役の大学院生がデジタル人文学のもたらす新たな知見や可能性について、来場者の皆さんに分かりやすくご説明します。

本企画を通じて、人文学と他分野の融合によって生まれる次世代人文学の一翼を担う「デジタル人文学」の魅力に触れ、新たな学びと体験をお楽しみください!皆さまのご参加を心よりお待ちしております。

Welcome to the world of digital humanities! This event offers you the chance to experience firsthand an exciting interdisciplinary field where information technology and the humanities converge. Through hands-on demo exhibitions featuring technologies such as 3D modeling, big data analytics, and AI, we will introduce you to the fascinating realm of digital humanities, which goes beyond traditional humanities.

In addition, graduate students from various departments and laboratories will present their research through poster sessions. Drawing on their expertise in fields such as linguistics, history, religious studies, musicology, geography, and literature, they will explain in accessible terms how digital technologies are generating new insights and opening up fresh possibilities in the humanities.
