• 10 Mar 2025: The updated book of abstracts has been uploaded here. The same can also be downloaded from the participants section. 

• 22nd Dec 2024: Participant Certificates are now available in the Participants section

• 8th Dec 2024: Conference Schedule was revised today and shared with all the participants.

• 5th Dec 2024: Multiple updates for today.
  1. Confirmation emails sent to all registered participants along with the conference schedule. The schedule can also be accessed here.
  2. Reminders for incomplete registrations/hostel registrations were also sent.
  3. Acceptance emails sent to few participants who requested for online presentation. Some of them have not obtained DHARTI IDs so they were sent a reminder instead to complete their registration. 

• 3rd Dec 2024: An interest form for the QGIS Workshop has been floated on the Participants Portal.

• 30th Nov 2024: A tentative conference schedule is available here.

• 28th Nov 2024: Please note that today is the last date for early bird registration. Tomorrow onwards normal registration will apply. So hurry up and register for the DHARTI Biennial Conference at IIT Jodhpur!

• 22nd Nov 2024: Early Bird Registration Now Open! 

We are excited to announce that Early Bird Registration is now open! The Early Bird period will run until November 25th, so be sure to secure your spot before time runs out. Thank you for your patience during this time. We look forward to welcoming you to our event! 

• 17th Nov 2024: Due to some technical issues with our payment gateway, the conference registration has been delayed. We are actively working towards a quick resolution and will announce a new registration deadline as soon as the payment system is operational. The same has been updated on our website.

In the meantime, we request ALL THE PRESENTING AUTHORS to kindly fill out the accommodation preference form. The charges & procedure for availing accommodation are not included in the registration and will be shared separately in the coming days. While we aim to arrange on-campus hostel accommodations for all registered participants, please note that availability of rooms may be uncertain/limited. Therefore, we will prioritize accommodation requests from student participants, especially the ones submitting earlier.

• 12th Nov 2024: The last dates for registration (both early bird & normal) have been extended as below:
  Early Bird - from 15th to 18th November
  Normal Registration - from 30th November to 3rd December

• 4th Nov 2024: Due to the sheer volume of abstracts received by us for the IITJ hosted DHARTI conference, we are going to take a few more days to send acceptance mails. Kindly bear with us. The notification for the selection of abstracts is expected to be sent by 8th November 2024.
