Please note that participants MUST be official DHARTI members to attend and present in DHARTI workshops/events.
Follow the below steps to complete your registration (after acceptance of your proposal).
Become a DHARTI member through the registration portal on the DHARTI website (click here).
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a membership ID/number from DHARTI via email.
Using that ID, complete the registration process for this conference by visiting the Participants Portal (click here).
No. But to present your work, once selected, you'll have to ensure registration for both DHARTI & the DHARTI 2024 conference.
This is primarily an in-person conference. In case of contingencies, the organisers will permit some hybrid sessions.
IITJ will try to provide hostel accommodation (charged extra) for student participants, subject to availability. Further details on this will be shared with the participants via email once their proposals are accepted.
Yes. All participants who wish to present at the conference/workshops must register.
Yes, among the participants with accepted submissions, if not all authors wish to present at the conference, those who choose not to present in-person may request to attend online. However, general online attendance is not permissible for non-participants.
Original authors are welcome to submit an abstract & present the work even if it has been published/accepted elsewhere. While we do plan to publish work from the conference, this does not preclude the submission of previously published material for presentation & discussion.
