WHO:

This program is available to Dollywood Hosts after 30 days of employment.

Note: The program reward is limited to the first 400 individuals, so be sure to book your appointment quickly!

WHAT: 

In a 30-minute appointment at the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center, you will get to chat with a provider about your personal wellness needs and walk away with a customized plan for living your best life. There will be no cost for this visit.

Personal wellness needs might include enhancing your nutrition, managing your weight, improving sleep, discussing emotional growth, balancing your hormones, improving physical stamina, boosting your skin health, managing stress, cutting back on tobacco, and more.

Note: This wellness consultation will be a talking appointment. Labs are not necessary to receive the incentive. However, you can ask to have them performed, or your provider may suggest them, but they will only proceed if you agree.

WHEN: 

Appointments completed between January 20, 2025 - December 31, 2025, will be accepted.

HOW: 

Call the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center at (865) 868-1333 and ask to schedule a ‘Wellness Journey Visit’ with a provider between January 20, 2025 - December 31, 2025.

REWARD: 

By completing the wellness visit for the program, you will earn 50 points to redeem in Awardco platform ($50 value) if you are one of the first 400 participants (one reward per participant per year).

Note: At the end of your visit, you will receive a card with a QR code to scan, allowing you immediate access to your Awardco points.
