Oksana Fields, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner 

Oksana Fields is originally from Ukraine and has been in the United States for over 18 years. After volunteer work at UTMC in Knoxville, Oksana fell in love with the nursing profession and decided to pursue a nursing degree. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee College of Nursing in 2011. In 2016, she received a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee and has been serving the Sevier County community as a Family Nurse Practitioner in various settings since then (UT Urgent Care, Summit Medical Group Primary Care, and AFC Urgent Care in Sevierville, TN). 

Oksana has enjoyed providing care for the Dollywood hosts and looks forward to "guiding Dollywood employees to healthier and more productive lives."

David Garmany, FNP

Nurse Practitioner 

David is returning to Dollywood Family Healthcare after eight years of working in family practice and urgent care in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. He graduated from East Tennessee University, receiving a Master of Science in Nursing in 1998. He was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society while at ETSU.  He has lived and working in Sevier County for the past 21 years. In addition to work, he loves spending time with family, cooking, and working on various hobbies in his spare time.

David is excited to return to the Dollywood family.  He looks forward to seeing long-time friends and meeting new ones. He is committed to providing excellent healthcare and improving health outcomes for all Dollywood hosts. 

Melissa "Missy" Maples, MA

Medical Assistant

Melissa was born and raised in Sevier County,  graduating from Gatlinburg Pittman High School. She is a CMA, LLRT, who has worked in local doctors’ offices for 32 years. Her goal is to provide the best care possible to each and every patient. She specializes in phlebotomy and patient care. She is so excited to be part of the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center. Melissa and her husband, Jimmy, have been married for 36 years. She has two beautiful children, whom she loves deeply. Her hobbies include sewing, crafting, gardening, hiking and camping, and spending as much time as she can in the beautiful area we live in. 

Shelby Hank, RN BSN

Registered Nurse

Shelby was born and raised in Florida, but calls TN home now. Although she has no children of her own, she has two dogs, a cat, and a snake that are her world. She loves animals and has raised pigs most of her life. Her hobbies include concerts, hunting, fishing, spending time sitting by the river with her momma relaxing, and simply just spending time with family and friends. Her favorite place to relax is Cades Cove. She has had a wide variety of nursing experience, but her specialties have been Post partum and Corrections. While taking a break from full time nursing, she worked at Dollywood for three years in Merchandise as a Team lead, Senior Team lead, and Inventory Coordinator where she fell in love with everything about Dollywood. She is so excited to be a part of the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center where she is able to get back into Nursing full time, while still being around the park and people she has grown to love so much during her time there.

Debra "Kay" Lennox

Receptionist

Kay is excited to be a part of the care team at the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center. She has 12 years’ experience in the medical field and 5 of those years working at the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center. Kay was born and raised in Georgia, but has lived in Tennessee for 14 years. She has two beautiful daughters, 2 sons, 7 grandchildren and a loving husband. In her spare time, she is a very involved grandparent as head cheer coach, softball team mom and loves spending time with her family and friends.
