Appointments are required. Please schedule an appointment prior to arriving at the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center through one of the following methods.
If you are unable to make your appointment time, please cancel or reschedule through the patient portal or by calling, out of courtesy for other patients and the care team.

How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment
If you have an appointment but are unable to attend that appointment, please reschedule or cancel as far in advance as possible (preferably a day prior) via one of the following methods:
call the Dollywood Family Healthcare Center at (865) 868-1333, or
if you scheduled your appointment through the Marathon Health patient portal online or in the mobile app, after you login, click Appointments in the top navigation bar, then click View Appointments to see upcoming appointments and make changes.
