Event Guidelines for boys:
Round 1:For boys We conduct push-ups for 1 min. we count how many pushups they did. In this round, we select the best 10 participants. These 10 participants are allowed to participate in the second round.
Round 2: For boys we conduct dead hang and pull-ups. we select the best four participants. These 4 participants are allowed to participate in the final round.
Round 3: For boys we conduct diamond pushups and planks. we select the best four participants. The best participants are rewarded.
Event Guidelines for girls:
Round one(skipping) For Girls: We conduct skipping for 1 min. we count how many skipping’s they do continuously. In this round, we select the best participants. These participants are allowed to participate in the second round.
Round 2 (Fitness ball Balancing) For Girls: In this round participant need to balance with the help of fitness ball for 1minute and they will be qualified to final round.
Round 3 (Plank) For Girls: In this round we conduct plank, the participants who will last long will be final.
