Once you schedule, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Please provide keys and access to the building to be inspected. You may choose to stay or leave during the inspection. Most inspections take 2 - 3 hours, and you’ll receive a full report within 24 - 48 hours. 

Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you cancel on the day of, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
