I’m Ben DeWees, the owner and inspector at Dew Right Home Inspections, LLC. Based in Jackson County, West Virginia, I offer inspections of commercial and residential properties in Jackson, Roane, Mason, Kanawha, Putnam, and Wood.

After more than a decade of serving my community in law enforcement, I’ve developed a sharp eye for detail, a respect for integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility, all of which I now bring to every home inspection I perform. My decision to start Dew Right Home Inspections came from a desire to help families make confident, well-informed decisions about one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make... their home. 

As a homeowner, husband, father, Christian, and public servant, I know the value of safety, reliability, and transparency. I started this business with a simple goal to "Dew Right" (a play on my last name, DeWees) by my clients by providing thorough, honest inspections.
