Technical Skills

There are many things that I have learned so far in this information systems class. Learning about computers and their different systems has been very interesting so far. What makes a computer a computer? It has been a huge question in this class. I have learned that computers are dumb, you must tell a computer what to do so the operating system can respond with a result. That goes for just unlocking your computer to going on different websites. You have to tell the computer what you want it to do. I have also learned how to use Word better. After doing the SimPath assignments, I have learned different features about Word and PowerPoint that I never even thought to look at until this class.
