Today was my first day at the stream I am studying. It was a beautiful day other than the humidity, the water was cold and moving fast.
Today I collected my Ph levels, conductivity levels, tempature, and my E. Coli sample. I also collected my filtered water sample and my stream water sample.
My Ph was at a seven today, when I took it out of the water it took a little while for it to change its color but it did after a few minutes. My conductivity level was at 154 and the tempature of the water was 21.1

I had a good time mixing up all the "ingredients" for my E. Coli test. I really enjoy the hands on part of it, and I find it so interesting that I am making a home for bacteria.

The drawing in the left corner is a a drawing of a little pool of water on my sight. The pudde is fiilled with rocks, sand, and pebbles. If you look closely at the image you can see some green which is algae. The pool has no water moving in or out so it sits there in the sun and algae grows.
This is a rock that was used as a perfect seat! In the images below you will see what I mean (my drawing doesn't do its justice)
