Development: To develop a new lodge in our district. Have a group of people in our geographic area that think a new lodge is something they wish to take on? We can help with that! In fact here is a link that will get you started!

Redevelopment: This means you are trying new things at your lodge to benefit its members, get new members and increase the positive image of your lodge to the members, the order and the general public. If you are not in this phase then you might be stagnate and that isn't a great place for your lodge to be in. A lodge should be ever evolving and redeveloping your nature to meet the changing and growing needs of your members and community. Continue with the great programs you have but look to try something new.
Digital Lodge Development: As your lodge may already exist physically it may be time to visit how to develop your digital lodge. Today websites, social media sources, blogs and video channels are a means to draw in people with information and entertainment about your lodge. Mobile devices in the hands of millions are opportunities for people, communities and members to engage in your lodge in a new digital manner. As digital means grow easier to manage in our hands so should our lodge grow a digital presence.
