What We Do

What do we do here at Destinations?  Here is a list of the services that we offer.  If you have any questions, feel free to send us a DM, stop in or give us a call at 331-4551.

Food Pantry:  Open Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (one visit per month)

Hygiene Items:  Essential items such as laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, body wash, etc (one visit per month)

Medical Gasoline Card Program:  For verified medical appointments only.  Based on availability and distance to appointment

Emergency Homeless Housing Voucher Program: Up to 7-day housing at the EconoLodge hotel in Bradford for those who are homeless, single and/or family

Emergency Prescription Assistance Program (EPAP):  One time per year assistance with needed/emergency prescriptions offered by the Methodist Cluster

Birth Certificate Assistance: We help procuring birth certificates for those who require one for housing or procuring a job

Senior Meal Box Program: This is a federal program for individuals aged 60 and older that meet other guidelines where they are provided a monthly Senior Meal Box. Normally arrives the third Friday of each month between the hours of 10 to 11 AM

Monthly Produce Program: This is a federal program for those who qualify, where fresh produce is made available once a month.  Normally arrives the third Friday of each month between the hours of 10 to 11 AM 

Clean Clothes Initiative:  Tokens, laundry soap and dryer sheets to help those who don’t have access to a washer and dryer to do a load of laundry
