Problem Statement (focus on the function)

Software defined radios are used for their convenience and usefulness, especially in the military. However convenient they may be, it still requires a large amount of programming to give SDRs their function. By implementing machine learning, SDRs will adapt and learn from their environment in order to determine their function without having to be programmed.

Alternate Problem Statement

The military uses software defined radios, which use software for hardware heavy functions, because of their adaptability, however, they must be programmed in order to adapt to different operating conditions. Machine learning can give the system the ability to change on their own in order to function properly in changing conditions.

I didn't have much knowledge of Python before doing this exercise, but by completing this lab and doing some other practice I found online I understand it more.
