Once you have identified the members of your FIG, you'll need to prepare & submit your proposal. Each FIG submits one proposal, using our proposal template which includes the following:
Facilitator information
Member information
Focus area and how it relates to program goals
Scheduled meeting times, if synchronous meetings are planned
Deliverables
If you have an idea for a FIG, but no members to join you yet, reach out to your dean/chair, LOFT, and the FPLC (Faculty Professional Learning Committee) to help with your recruiting efforts.
Start with our proposal template. You'll need to log into your Google account to make your own template copy.
Share with the GoogleDoc with your FIG members and complete the proposal together.
Once you've completed the proposal document, submit it before the deadline.
(Fall deadline is Sept. 25, 2022)
Check the timeline so you know when to expect to hear back from us.
