Now for the boring bit...

Unfortunately due to a small number of non/late payers, regrettably we have has to make a few ammendments to our policies.

Please note our terms and conditions have changed (Existing contracts will remain on the same terms as previously agreed)

To secure cover, payment in full must be made prior to the day of the event unless a purchase order is raised by a local authority.

If payment is not received, Derbyshire light medical reserves the right to withdraw its services until payment is made

If the event is cancelled within 24 hours of our staff arriving on site, you will be invoiced the full amount.
