RATIONALE 

Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 21, s. 2019 dated August 22, 2019 entitled “Policy Guidelines on the K to 12 Basic Education Program” and in support to the DepEd Order No. 12, s. 2020 dated June 19, 2020 entitled “Adoption of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2020-2021 in Light of the Covid-19 Public Health Emergency”, the Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School Main initiated this project to be called Ferrerians’ Environment for Resources Reinforcing Essential Recuperation and Intellectual Armors Necessary for Schooling Learning Resource Portal (FERRERIANS LR Portal). 

The FERRERIANS LR Portal serves as an extensive digital platform tailored to enhance the learning process. It grants students and educators immediate access to a diverse array of educational materials with a single click. These resources encompass self-learning modules, supplementary content, professional development tools, e-books, research papers, and audiovisual instructional materials. Users have the convenience of downloading these resources for offline access, ensuring flexibility in their learning journey. Moreover, the portal provides an interactive environment enabling teachers to share educational videos and students to exhibit their projects. In essence, the FERRERIANS LR Portal stands as an asset in enriching the overall educational experience.

This project aims to:

1. guide the learners and teachers to the different reliable learning platforms where they can access the learning resources for free;

2. provide the end users self-learning modules in all learning areas and supplementary learning materials online that will support the academic and teaching needs; and,

3. entertain while learning with different educational and interactive videos and audios like Instructional Videos and Online Storytelling.
