The estimated total project cost is $61,750,000. This value was determined via the 2017 RS-Means method, with a 4% inflation compensation to account for the current 2020 fiscal year. It comprises of approximately 80% direct and 20% indirect costs.
MasterFormat criteria, a U.S standard for organizing building specifications. This ensured each milestone within the projected schedule was formatted for the most correct and timely completion of construction work.
This phase consists of the deep excavation for the mat foundation. The site logistics plan gives the owners and visitors an idea of how our construction site is set and how it operates.
This phase is during the construction of the superstructure. It requires a bigger lay down area since this phase utilizes numerous steel structural members. Two mobile cranes are required during the construction of the Irvine Streamline in order to improve production and mitigate the risk of a tip-over. A high pressure concrete pump truck is also required as we pour concrete on every floor.
The final phase consists of the finish roof. The site logistics shown for phase 3 shows the construction of the Emergency Helicopter Landing Facility along with the staircases, roof hatches, and solar panels that compliments Denalo's LEED certification.
As any construction project, the risks we see are numerous.
For a mid-rise building, we pinned down the top 3 critical risks Denalo might experience. However, with the correct controls, those risks can be mitigated.
