I suggest going to the link at Misunderstood Minds at the left and trying a few of the activities (not all of them work, but most do under reading and math).  I think you will find it interesting. 

When you have finished an activity, consider what would you have needed to be able to do the activity better? More time? A smaller group?

However, I'd like to make a small correction regarding the software mentioned. The video refers to "speech to text" as software that vocalizes written text. Typically, this function is known as "text to speech." It's a common mix-up. "Speech to text" software is actually designed to aid students with Dysgraphia or similar writing difficulties by transcribing spoken words into written text.
