The conference program will include


Round-table discussion on Mathematical and Physical Education (October 18, 18.30-20.00, University Conference Hall, Shevchenko blvd.,81, Cherkasy, Ukraine).

    • Yaroslav O. Zolotaryuk, Doctor, Leading researcher, Laboratory of Strongly-correlated Low Dimensional Systems, Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, Ukraine.

Main Objectives

*to exchange experience of mathematics and physics education in different countries;

* to outline main issues of mathematics and physics education in different countries;

*to get proposals from mathematicians and physicists to improve education and public awareness of the need of mathematics and physics for development of both young generations and humankind;

*to formulate the ways of co-operation of mathematicians and physicists of different countries in improvement of mathematical physical education;

*to prepare a final document of the discussion - to start further work of the mathematics and physics communities, and to inform educational authorities on the opinion of the communities.
