Phase 2: Finalist Proposal Development (RFP)

• (Invited finalists only)

• Each finalist will receive a $1,000 stipend to develop a site-responsive proposal.

Phase 2 Requirements:

• Visual renderings or concept illustrations

• Site integration and placement rationale

• Materials and fabrication approach

• Preliminary budget range (order-of-magnitude)

• General timeline for fabrication and installation

Finalists may be asked to present their proposal.

Final Selection:
The Outdoor Arts Committee will recommend one artist/team. Final approval will be made by the Delafield Promotion and Tourism Commission.
