Selection Process

Phase 1: Qualifications + Concept Direction (RFQ)

Deadline: July 1, 2026

Artists submit qualifications and a brief conceptual direction. This phase is intended to assess artistic approach, not finalized design.

Required Concept Materials (1–2 pages total):

• Proposed medium(s) and general approach

• Anticipated scale (approximate, not engineered)

• Conceptual idea and potential visitor experience

• Optional thoughts on siting or spatial relationships

Does NOT include:

• Final renderings

• Detailed budgets

• Engineered drawings

Outcome:

• Up to three (3) finalists will be selected by August 15, 2026.
