5th Grade Outdoor Camp

Del Mar Elementary is gearing up for it's 3rd annual outdoor camp experience for our 5th grade students. Outdoor education connects students to nature with hands-on experiences, and provides a taste of the responsibility and independence students will need when they advance to middle school.

Outdoor education is a fun, enriching experience that kids look forward to, and that they will never forget!

Del Mar Elementary is a Title 1 school, where more than 60% of our students come from low-income families. Please consider becoming a Camp Sponsor by donating $150 and help send one of our 5th grade students to a camp experience that will positively change their life forever!

We are currently seeking local businesses by becoming a Del Mar Camp Sponsor. We will advertise your business name, along with a click through link, on our website, Facebook page, and published in our school newsletter which reaches the families of 350 students in Morro Bay.
