FAQ's
Do I need an appointment? No appointment needed if you have less than 100 items; if you have more than 100 items, you will need an appointment.
Do my items need to be hung and tagged? YES! If you are dropping off, all items must be hung, shoes twined together, and all items MUST be tagged!
What is the best way to bring my items? We will have Z-racks available for you to hang your clothes up. Please bring shoes and home decor in a large basket/tote to make it easier to bring inside.
Will all of my items be accepted? We do inspect items, and it is possible some items might not be accepted. Just do your best to follow our instructions on the "what we accept" page, and you should be good to go!
How long will drop off take? Drop off appointments should take no longer than 15-20 minutes.
What can I expect on drop off day? Please come inside the gym (FCA gym located at 2701 Florence BLVD) during drop off hours and check-in at the front desk. You then can get a Z-rack if needed to bring your items inside. Next, someone will inspect your items and let you know if you have any unaccepted items. That's it! Easy Peasy!
Reminder: If all of your items are marked donate, you may simply check-in to verify your info, get your shopping passes, bring your items inside, and leave.
