How to consign with Deja Vu
1. Reserve your consignor number by filling out our registration form.
3. Hang & tag your items according to our guidelines found under the Tagging tab. All items must be CLEAN & HUNG. No stains, fading, tears, etc. New, excellent or very good condition. Spring/Summer items only for Spring sale and Fall/Winter items only for Fall sale. NO bridesmaid or wedding dresses. See more on the What We Accept page.
4. Drop off at least 15 items during our regular drop off times.
5. Shop at our Consignor Pre-Sale BEFORE the public sale opens!
5. Tell your friends & family about the sale! Share our social media posts on Facebook & Instagram & be on the lookout for our ads in local papers and with other consignment sales. The more you SHARE, the more you SELL!
6. Pick-up your unsold clothing on pick-up day & check your PayPal account for your $. If you donate your unsold items, your check will be mailed to you within a week. We do NOT mail out sold cards, but you are more than welcome to come during pick-up hours to get.
Drop & Run Services
Drop & Run slots are limited. Slots will be available until all spots are filled for the season. You MUST register for the sale and pay your $10 facility fee in order to receive a slot.
Drop and Run consignors MUST have a confirmed email from us and must be able to get their items to us 3-6 weeks BEFORE drop-offs.
ALL clothing MUST be CLEAN. Please follow guidelines on the What We Accept page.
We will price and tag your items for you, but they must be on hangers.

Consignor FAQs
1. What if I don't have a PayPal account? No problem! If you don't have a PayPal account, we can send you an invoice via email that allows you to easily pay online with any debit/credit card. Just let us know if you need alternate options to pay your fee.
2. How many items do I have to bring in order to be a consignor? You must bring a minimum of 15 items to consign.
3. How much do I make from my sales? Regular consignors earn 65% of their sales, drop and run consignors earn 50% of their sales.
4. I don't have time to tag. Do you have a Drop & Run service? Yes! You can bring your items (at least 15), hung neatly on hangers & we will tag them for you. Drop & Run consignors make 50% of their sales.
Important Things to Remember
We do not accept items after drop-off days have ended.
After pick-up, we are not responsible for missing items. We filter through thousands of items during each sale, and we do understand things can happen as we do not have an electronic inventory system. So, if you feel like you are missing an item, please let us know on pick-up day. That gives us the best chance at finding your item and/or remedying a solution.
Please check your earnings before or during pick-up. We always strive to get PayPal earnings out prior to pick-up, and we will always have checks in hand at pick-up. Please let us know before or on pick-up day if you feel your earnings are inaccurate.
