DES Math and Science Fest is coming! The day-long celebration of all things math and science will be held on Thursday, April 13th, and you can be a part. Let me count the ways:
If you are a math/science person and would like to make a presentation to a class (or two or three), we would love to have you participate, and we can work around your schedule that day. Presentations should be about 40 minutes total and can include a hands-on portion.
If you are not up for making a presentation, we also need a few people to help out during the day of the festival - making sure presenters get to the right place and helping with general logistics.
If you would like to help plan the whole shebang, the planning meeting is Tuesday, March 21, at 7 pmat the school.
We need your help! Please contact Julie for more details or to volunteer: chalfant123@gmail.com
