Developed a web-based prototype to support targeted succession training and boost engagement.
Analysed employee behavior (break frequency, work habits and styles) via interviews and surveys to identify skill gaps.
Students find it hard to understand the concepts of functions. We are trying to help them understand this mathematical concept by hands-on activity and come up with the relation between power and distance. Further we plan to extend this idea to understand the concepts of projectile motion.
Challenging students to create an EV3 projectile launcher is a hands on way to explore projectile motion in the classroom. To start, the physical build of the shooter challenges students to think critically about how to build something that will execute a desired function. Next, the relationship between the distance the ball is shot and the power of the motor must be derived through data collection and analysis.
It is a virtual reality-based application which helps to boost the learner’s confidence in public speaking.
This application provides personalised scenario based on learner's confidence level. These scenarios includes eg: A big hall room, Exhibition, close room scenario, etc. Audience in this can be distracted, engaged, number of audience may vary, lesser or higher, all female all male, etc. It also provides affordance to self reflection and guided activities with a realistic audience setting

Video is a comparatively better learning format and it can both be more enjoyable and more memorable than other instruction formats. In this pandemic situation where a massive shift from traditional teaching-learning methods towards e-Learning can be seen. It becomes more challenging to keep learners engaged in an online setting. Learning analytics can be a solution for understanding learners' behavior to provide them an excellent learning experience. This seminar helped me understand 'how learner's video-watching behaviors (obtained from learners' log data) and academic performance are associated,' and 'informed tactics to Solve these behavior problems (disengagement, zoning out, etc.) .in an online setting'. Furthermore, I feel ready to apply these learner's behavioral knowledge in designing video-based instruction.
Kid-English | Educational Game Design
Instructor: Prof. Shashi Kumar
I've developed a researched-based, role-play strategy-based educational game. It teaches English. and is specially designed for children with AHDH conditions.
Included thorough researched-based gamification & content aligned to the theory of ZPD such as Maslow’s needs of hierarchy, Student capability, and Reward mechanism to boost learner’s engagement with learning content.
Performed learner modeling for students of class 8. on different levels, e.g., preferences, knowledge, misconception, etc.
Provided different levels and questions in each level to validate students’ performance and actions to be taken such as hints.
