Coordinates
What are all these Numbers?
the left edge of the concept map

Another important aspect of Marco Pollo's map are the coordinates collected at the bottom right corner of the concept map and written next to each world listed on the left side
Based on Marco Pollo's message to Merle Ambrose, the coordinates found in the bottom right corner of the concept map could actually be star charts; Pollo extends his thanks to Gamma, "whose mathematical assistance with my star charts was absolutely essential."
The Importance of Marleybone

Marleybone seems to be an important world for a number of reasons. Most noticeably, it is the first world that is listed on the left edge of the concept map. Secondly, Marleybone is the only world listed on the left whose coordinates actually match up with those found in the right corner, which are highlighted above in red.
At first, I ignored the coordinates on the map because I initially thought that they were meant for decoration. But clearly Marco Pollo wants us to recognize the fact that Marleybone has some importance or else he would not have written these coordinates in red. He is pointing us towards something, but whatever it is exactly, I am unsure.
You will see in a little bit why I also think that Marleybone plays some role in the discovery of El Dorado's stormgate.
