TibaSmart - Maternal & Child Health App (2025)

As part of a cross-functional tech team in the ALX Foundations Program, I co-developed TibaSmart, an AI-powered mobile health solution designed to address gaps in preventative maternal and child healthcare in Sub-Saharan Africa. The app helps expecting mothers and caregivers of children under 5 to:

• Track antenatal and postnatal visits

• Receive vaccine reminders

• Access verified health tips

• Earn incentive tokens for showing up for care

I lead the user research and wireframe development processes, conducted user interviews, and contributed to shaping the digital health journey based on real-world maternal health challenges.
