Research Overview
I am an applied statistician with expertise in complex systems analysis across biology and engineering. My research combines advanced statistical methods with genomics, focusing on developing techniques for analyzing high-dimensional biological data. I apply these methods to cutting-edge technologies like single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics (ST), and multi-omics. My work also includes reliability theory and stochastic processes, with an emphasis on modeling uncertainty and system reliability.
