A cloud of golden particles covers everyone and everything in the area, causing creatures to become blinded and visibly outlining invisible things for the duration of the spell. All creatures within 20 feet of that point must make a Dexterity saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute.

At the end of each of its turns , an affected target can make a Dexterity saving throw. If it succeeds , this effect ends for that target. They can also use an action to clean the dust from their eyes ending the spell.

All within the area are covered by the dust, which cannot be removed and continues to sparkle until it fades at the end of the spell duration. Any creature covered by the dust has disadvantage on Stealth checks.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the radius of the effect increases by 5 feet for every slot level above 2nd.
