Journey to Wellness (Weight Loss & Lifestyle Change Program):

Rally is a digital NO COST personalized health experience available for employees with UnitedHealthcare coverage. Rally is designed to help employees make healthier choices and build healthier habits by generating excitement, keeping them engaged, and motivating them through social connections. Healthy Connections Program (for Kaiser Permanente-Insured Employees & Families)
This group-based class gives participants the tools needed for long-term weight management success. Based on proven success strategies, this NO COST 16-week class is followed by ongoing monthly support. Get education and accountability to lose weight and prevent diabetes. Borrow Wellness Outdoor Games For your staff get togethers
