Journey to Wellness Classes: Starts in September!
Journey to Wellness is a low to no-cost year-long lifestyle change group-based program that will give you the tools you need to lose weight and become a healthier you. This program is for people who live with prediabetes, have been previously diagnosed with gestational diabetes, or score high on the risk test for diabetes. Find out more and register here.
