JOIN in on this challenge, January 10th - 30th

Challenge yourself to 21 days of making healthy choices with one of the four optional challenges below:

Move it

You choose how you move (tennis, walking, jogging, cross-fit, biking, etc), start with10 minutes each day getting up to 40 minutes of purposeful movement each day.

Our physical and mental health improve with movement, so let's get moving!


Each day will have a 5 - 15 minute decluttering activity to get you organized and make your life a little more peaceful.

Find out for yourself how decluttering can have a positive impact on your mood and mental clarity.

Healthy Workday Lunches

Plan, prep, and create healthy and delicious workday lunches with help from The Girl on Bloor.

Prep work is the key for this challenge.

Financial reboot

This challenge is designed to empower you to manage your money and feel good about it.

Borrow Wellness Outdoor Games For your staff get togethers
