Journey to Wellness (Diabetes Prevention & Lifestyle Change Program):
Journey to wellness is a NO COST (thank you Adams County Health) year-long lifestyle change group-based program that will give you the tools you need to lose weight and become a healthier you. Find out more and register here. Classes are held virtually via Zoom.
