Schedule
Monday: PT in the morning (stretching). Weapons cleaning in the morning. Turned in our CIF gear in the afternoon (make sure you kept and cleaned all equipment you were issued).
Tuesday: PT test in the morning. We didn't get a whole lot of chances throughout the course to do format PT as a class, so those who improved their PT scores were ones who consistently did PT on their own time. Spent the rest of the day cleaning weapons.
Wednesday: PT in the morning (pushup, situps, etc.). Spent the rest of the day cleaning weapons and cleaning barracks. Turned in our weapons in afternoon.
Thursday: PT in the morning (company run led by our commander, 3 miles at about an 8 minute pace with one very large hill). Continued to clean barracks. Course AAR (after action review) with Battalion Commander. Graduation practice in the afternoon. At about 1500, we were then released with an off post pass. If you have family/friends coming in for graduation (about a third of the class did), then you were able to at this time hangout/dinner/etc. with them until 2000.
Friday: Barracks inspection, turned in bed sheets. No PT today. Graduation practice in the morning, then had our graduation from 1000-1100. (Tell your families/friends to plan to come early). We were then released for good following graduation and we went straight to the airport.
