Paper Presentations

Papers will have a maximum of 12 minutes for their podium presentation. This implies 12 -15 slides only. Each presentation will be followed by discussion and at the end of a session there will be a general discussion. Remember the aim of the presentation is to highlight the research's main ideas, not to present the entire contents of the paper. The goal is to motivate the listener to ask questions and to read the paper.

You can bring your presentation either on a USB drive for use with the podium computer or on your own computer.

Poster Presentations

A short 1.5–2 minute presentation slot is available in the main program for each poster to present the main idea in the poster. Poster presentations are limited to two slides.

Please prepare your two slides as a pdf file with the file label commencing with the last name of the first author. Send the file to Laura Hay <laura.hay@strath.ac.uk> no later than Sunday 3 July.
