At DCAS NT, we provide safe, respectful, person-centred, and culturally responsive disability supports that promote dignity, independence, choice, and community participation.
A referral can be made by:

Participant consent must be obtained before personal information is shared with DCAS NT.
Referrals may be made for support with:
Assistance with daily personal activities
Community participation
Life skills development
Household tasks
Travel and transport support
Support with life-stage transitions
Individualised support planning

Consent from the participant or authorised representative
Once we receive a referral, DCAS NT will:
Review the information provided
Contact the participant or referrer
Discuss support needs, goals, risks, and preferences
Confirm whether DCAS NT can provide suitable support
Arrange an intake meeting
Develop a service agreement and support plan before services begin
We aim to respond to referrals as soon as possible.
