Missed or late services
Safety concerns
Privacy or confidentiality concerns
Cultural safety concerns
Any decision or action that affects your support

When DCAS NT receives your complaint or feedback, we will:
Acknowledge your complaint or feedback
Listen carefully and treat you with respect
Record the issue confidentially
Investigate the matter where required
Keep you informed of progress
Work with you to resolve the issue
Use the feedback to improve our services
Where possible, we will try to resolve complaints quickly and fairly.
You may ask someone you trust to help you make a complaint, including:
A family member
A carer
A friend
A support coordinator
An advocate
A guardian or nominee
DCAS NT will respect your right to have a support person or advocate involved.
